Okay, so this was another of those random poems... And I wrote this one at 1:30 Sunday morning because I was really bored and not entirely there... Yeah. And I think it's just titled "Words Are."
Words are
Hard to find
Harder to catch
Sitting
Too hard
Not to stare blankly
Glazed eyes
Looking, watching
Something?
Nothing
Taptaptap
Fingers on a keyboard
Late at night
Too late
Think of something to write
Flow
Mind to fingers
Fingers to keys
Keys to page
Story…
Music playing
Inspiration
Words come
Fast, slow
Yes, no
Words come
Type, click
Word
Black on white
Graceful words
Sharp words
Short words
Long words
Write the words
They tell stories
Sitting
Staring blankly again
What to write…
Listen
To nothing
Nothing tells you
What to write
Write it well
Nothing tells you
So you write
Fingers, keys
Mind, page
Conduit
Open a pathway
Let the words come
Don’t force them
Black on white
Flowing words
Cut words
Dark words
Light words
Stare into nothing
Find the answers
Write the questions
Know the words
Remember the words
Words are
Everything?
Nothing
Know the words
Teach
Listen
Learn
Teach
Simple
Complex
Find the answers
Write the questions
Not hard
Never easy
Write
Stare into nothing
Write
Fingers, mind
Keys, pages
Fill the whiteness
Words
Tell a story
Write
Know a story
Stare
And find everything
Only in the words
Words are
What you make them
And that's about how it goes.

Nice poem! I like it. Hey! That weird word verification thing that usually has nonsense words...don't you think that Riesse would be a good name for a character? It would be pretty awkward if someone asked you where the name came from, though. You're like, "Oh, uh, I got it from the word verification thingy on Blogger..." I might actually use that name. Huh.
Ho. I like it. Nice. Exactly what happens to me. Unless I suddenly get a lightning flash of inspiration from nowhere. In which case I write thousands of lovely words at a sitting. Lovely words. Words are so fun. I love to use them cleverly. It HURTS me to see them used incorrectly or sloppily.
