So, I'm just enjoying myself here, because my Internet is semi working for once, so I'm posting random things on my blog. So.
Here we go.
Chupacabras. Or El Chupacabra. Are you famliar with them? They're called the "goat-suckers," and are known for sucking out the insides of various living creatures. Pleasant, yes?
They're cryptids, and they supposedly attack livestock and drain them of blood, apparently through a series of small circular inscisions. The first reported attack was in 1995, though a series of similar livestock deaths were recorded in 1795, though the deaths were attributed to "El Vampiro de Moca."
Ooo! Animal vampires! I'm a fan.
But. Anyhow. My point in talking about chupacabras is actually just to show some pictures. So. Descriptions vary, and a whole bunch of diseased coyotes have been mistaken for chupacabras, which is kind of sad, because diseased coyotes are not cool at all... And I'm a fan of cryptids, you know? But not diseased coyotes. Anyhow.
The Wikipedia picture (and most of what I just said is from Wikipedia) is the one up in the corner. The little alienish looking guy. Nice spines, am I right? Here are some more:
Ooo. There's a dead/dying sheep here.
And now we have a dead goat... or cow... or something.
AND THIS ONE HAS WINGS!!! I like the little batty fellow, don't you? Anyhow. As you can see, chupacabras do not necessarily keep to one description. No lie. But. My very favorite one, which is really kind of creepy looking, is this one:
DUDE! THEIR HEADS ARE SKULLS!!! IT'S SO COOL!!
Anyhow. This one here is a kind of creepy picture. Because they look kind of like really skinny, really wacked out versions of hyenas, and I can't quite tell if their heads are the skulls... or if their heads are inside the skulls... Crazy stuff, I tell you.
Anyhow. I just thought that I would share my little chupacabra moment with you. Because... I don't even know. And I want to use creatures like the hyena ones, but I wouldn't call them chupacabras.
And... That's about it.
=)
